Investment Focus
Laminar Partners primarily focuses on finding opportunities with companies located in the mid-Atlantic that are generating at least $1 million of EBITDA and which operate in the services, industrial and manufacturing industries.

We typically look to work with established founder- or family-owned businesses (commercial or GovCon) to either shepherd a succession opportunity or provide capital and operational counsel in support of next-stage growth.
Backed by patient capital without a specific investment time horizon, we intend to own for the long-term and we manage our investments accordingly.
